At some point in our lives, we think we are a bit of a headcase, life can be a challenge, and we forget to breathe. I have attempted to meditate for sometime, I have an on again, off again relationship. Can’t help it, time gets in the way, and I don’t know how to structure it in my day.

When I discovered Headspace the app, that actually taught you to meditate, day after day for 10 minutes, I had to try. My husband had been trying it for close to 3 months, and it has changed his life. I thought, I had to do it, and get my son involved too.

For those of you who suffer from anxiety, and stress, take 10 minutes and try this app. It will change your life.
